Problems receiving smart.net email:

 

On Saturday, June 19, 2004, the IP Address for smart.net changed to 66.225.112.68. 

Customers experiencing problems checking/receiving email should reboot their computer

to ensure that their machine is not caching the old IP Address. 

 

Can't get to web pages or email? Please read!

 

Due to the recent IP Address renumbering of our core equipment, users who specify

IP or DNS addresses may experience problems reaching websites or sending/receiving email. 

To avoid this problem now and in the future, please make sure that your Dialup IP and DNS 

configuration is set to "Server Assigned".  Click here for instructions.
