Minor changes.

 Added MD DNR to links, cleaned up the badge images at the bottom of the pages. Added Linda Valle as registrar. Fixed alt text for "previous section" navigation buttons on many pages.

 Removed references to Spring 2002, added Fall 2002 flyer to website and ftp site. Replaced schedule with empty schedule and emptied list of committee chairs.

Moved Technical Info, etc.

 Moved technical information to this page. Modified crumbs bar on main pages to work around bug in older versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer.

Simplified badge bar at the bottom of each page. Only iCab displays this table exactly right. Opera is really bad about this, and puts all of the extra space into the rightmost item, as if the table were left justified. Netscape 4.79, Netscape 6, and IE 5.1.5 put too much of the extra space into the rightmost item, but all look OK.

Added line at the bottom of main page to allow users of Netscape and Internet Explorer (which do not display standard links) to access the site map.

Fixed errors.

 Minor updates to web site. Fixed lots of typing errors in tour. Must have been half asleep when I made those pages. Corrected errors and verified HTML 4.01 Transitional compatibility. Added more navigation buttons and links for navigation bar.
